Designing for you

I’m certain my webmaster is going to kill for this but I can’t help it!  I wanted you to see this now.  This is one of the new Island Contessa pieces for the 2017/2018 resort collection.  It is an amazing silk print tunic that feels comfortable and lush against your skin.  I can’t wait for you to see (and shop) this beautiful piece.  It will also be available in cotton and linen, and,  as with all of my garments, it is lovingly crafted in the USA.  This little preview of the new collection, which is called the year of the tunic, is to show you how much I listen and take in what my customers and clients want.  This collection is filled with bright island colors and patterns and as always is made of 100% natural fibers–silk, cotton, linen, and bamboo.  But what this collection really reflects is the feedback I’ve gotten from you.  You love the flattering silhouettes but some of you want more coverage and there is a segment of you that would like some of my items in plus size and for the first time, this year, we’re going to be having two pieces of the collection (including this one) available in plus size. We will be having a launch sale later in the summer that will give you a chance to buy some of these pieces before they show up in the stores and buy inventory from the 2017 collection at deep discounts. But you must be on our mailing list to find out!  So if you haven’t signed up, now is the time to do so.
